We are excited to share an update from our most recent Healing Hands Medical Mission trip this June. Thanks to the dedication of our incredible team, generous supporters, and community partners, we were able to provide meaningful medical care and resources to hundreds of individuals and families.

843 Patients Seen

Our team provided medical care to 843 patients throughout the June mission.

112 Referrals Provided

For patients requiring additional evaluation or specialized care, we provided 112 referrals to help ensure they can continue receiving the care they need.

These numbers represent more than statistics. They represent individuals, families, and communities who welcomed us and trusted us with their care.

A Team United by a Common Mission 

This mission was made possible by an incredible team working together across languages, cultures, and areas of expertise.

Our clinical and support team included the following:

  • 6 GUA Translators 

  • 5 USA Registered Nurses 

  • 4 GUA Physicians 

  • 4 USA Clinical Support Volunteers 

  • 2 USA Nurse Practitioners 

  • 1 USA Nursing Student

  • 1 GUA Medical Student 

  • 1 USA Massage Therapist 

  • 1 GUA Dentist

  • 1 GUA Optometrist

We are especially grateful to our Guatemalan medical professionals and translators, whose knowledge of the local communities and dedication to their neighbors are an invaluable part of our mission.
